Questions about attendance and payroll
Do staff need smartphones?
Most do today. For the few who do not, a supervisor can mark them from his phone, and the record shows who marked it.
Can staff cheat the location?
The system checks location and time on every tap and flags unusual patterns. For sites that need more, we add a selfie at clock-in.
Will it work for shifts and contract labour?
Yes. Multiple shifts, contractors, piece-rate and daily-wage workers are set up as separate groups with their own rules.
Does it replace our salary software or Tally payroll?
It gives you correct attendance and a payroll sheet. If you run payroll in Tally, you copy the final figures in, or we export them in the format you need.
How do I pay for it?

We use Tally. Will this disturb it?
No. Tally stays exactly as it is. What we build reads the reports you already export and handles the work Tally does not: follow-ups, floor stock, attendance, gate, approvals and daily reports.
