Questions about payment follow-up
Will my customers feel bad getting reminders?
No. The messages are short, polite and sound like your business, not a collection agency. You approve the wording once. Most owners tell us customers pay faster simply because they finally get a clear, regular reminder with the exact invoice and amount.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Fully automatic WhatsApp sending uses the official WhatsApp Business API. Meta charges a small per-message fee, paid by you directly to Meta or its partner, usually well under ₹1 per reminder. Prefer zero running cost? We set it up as one-tap sending: the system prepares every message and your staff sends them in about a minute. Alerts to you on Telegram are always free.
What if my Tally data is messy?
That is normal. We map your outstanding report as it is: party names, invoice numbers, dates and amounts. During setup we clean the customer phone numbers once, and the system flags any party without a number so you can fill it in.
Is my customer data safe?
Everything lives in your own Google account. We do not keep a copy on our servers. You decide who on your team can see the sheet.
Can it send reminders in Hindi or Marathi?
Yes. You can choose the language per customer, or one language for all.
How do I pay for it?
