Who we are

What we collect
- What you send us: your name, WhatsApp number, business name and the details you type in a form or the Health Check.
- How you use this site: pages visited, buttons tapped and the website or ad that brought you, through Google Analytics. With your consent we also use Meta Pixel, Google advertising cookies and Microsoft Clarity.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, prepare your blueprint and quote, and understand which pages help owners so we can improve them. We do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
Form details go to our Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account. Analytics data is processed by Google, and, if you accept, by Meta and Microsoft, under their own policies.
Your choices
- Choose “Only essential” on the cookie notice to switch off advertising cookies. You can clear your browser storage to see the notice again.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your details at connect@automatemybiz.in. We act within 30 days.
- Reply “STOP” on WhatsApp and we will not message you again.
Client systems
Systems we build for clients live in the client’s own Google account. We access them only during the build and support period, with the client’s permission, and keep no copy of client data on our side.
Retention
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, then delete them unless you are a client.
This policy follows the spirit of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We will update this page if anything changes.
