How do you price custom work?
Every project gets one fixed price, written in your free blueprint before any work starts. Small tools start at ₹4,999. Most connected systems land between ₹9,999 and ₹24,999. How pricing works.
Are there any monthly fees?
No monthly fee from us, ever. You pay one fixed price. The system runs on Google Sheets and Apps Script inside your Google account, which costs nothing for normal business use. The only possible running cost is Meta’s own small per-message fee if you choose fully automatic WhatsApp sending; Telegram alerts are free.
Why is custom work this affordable?
We build on Google Sheets, Apps Script, WhatsApp and Telegram, which your business already has, so there are no servers or licences to pay for. And we reuse parts we have already proven, so you only pay for what is new to your business.
Is the price fixed or will it grow?
Fixed. The price in your written blueprint is the price you pay. If you ask for something new during the build, we quote it separately in writing before doing it.
Do prices include GST?
Prices shown are our one-time charges. GST is added on the invoice where it applies.
Can I pay in parts?
Projects under ₹10,000 are paid in full when they are live. From ₹10,000 up it is 50% to start and 50% when live. UPI, NEFT, IMPS or cheque.
Do I get a plan before paying anything?
Yes. Your written blueprint is free and arrives within 48 hours: what we will build, how it works, and the exact price. If we do not think we can help, the blueprint says so.
Who owns the system after it is built?
You do, completely. It lives in your Google account, not ours. If we never speak again, it keeps running.
We use Tally. Will this disturb it?
No. Tally stays exactly as it is. What we build reads the reports you already export and handles the work Tally does not: follow-ups, floor stock, attendance, gate, approvals and daily reports.
What happens after the free change period?
The system keeps running as it is. If you want something new or changed later, we quote a fixed price in writing first. No surprise bills.
