Blueprint and price

Every project starts with a free written blueprint stating what we will build, what it replaces, the delivery time and one fixed price. The price in the accepted blueprint is the price you pay. Anything added during the build is quoted separately in writing before any work on it.

Payment

Systems priced under ₹10,000 are paid in full when the system is live. Systems from ₹10,000 upward are paid 50% to start and 50% when live. GST is added where applicable. Payment by UPI, NEFT, IMPS or cheque.

Ownership

Everything we build is created in your Google account. On final payment, the code, sheets, forms and documentation are fully yours to use, change or extend.

Free changes

After go-live you get free changes for the period stated for your system (30 to 60 days): small adjustments to fields, reports, alerts and wording. New features or new systems are quoted separately.

Third-party services

Systems run on Google Workspace, WhatsApp and Telegram. Their availability and pricing are set by those companies. Fully automatic WhatsApp sending requires the WhatsApp Business API, whose per-message charges are paid by you directly to Meta or its partner.

Your data

You are responsible for the data entered into your systems and for having permission to message your customers. We access your account only for building and support.

Liability

We build carefully and test before go-live. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
