A multi-unit processing group, run from one 7 am message
Morning calls replaced by one report. ₹42,000 a month of padded hours found in week one. Gate disputes settled with photos.
System: Complete Business System · Live in 9 weeks · Running today
The problem
Several units and godowns handling toor, chana, kabuli and wheat at the same time. The managing director made fifteen calls before lunch to know yesterday’s stock, production and dispatch, and the numbers changed depending on who answered. Attendance was on paper, and gate disputes with buyers had no photo proof.
What we built
The full set, as Complete Business System: multi-commodity live stock, digital gate pass with photos and weights matched to orders, quality grading per lot, purchase register with adat percentage, phone attendance across all units, and one owner report at 7 am on Telegram.
What changed
The morning calls stopped. Phone attendance surfaced about ₹42,000 a month in padded hours in the first week. Dispatch mismatches now reach the owner the same day with photos, and buyer disputes end at the gate.
“Earlier I made fifteen calls before lunch just to know what happened yesterday. Now it is on my phone before I have had tea.”
