Operators, Not Consultants

We learned automation on the factory floor.

AutomateMyBiz wasn't born in a boardroom. It was built by people who have spent years inside Indian manufacturing and trading operations — where phone calls, paper registers, and stuck payments are daily reality. Every system we offer is a real production build, proven inside live businesses before it ever reaches yours.

The Origin

Born on a factory floor,
not in a boardroom.

We spent years inside the engine room of Indian business — dal mills, godowns, APMC mandis, dispatch yards, trading floors. Not visiting them for a case study. Working in them, every day.

And we watched the same pattern everywhere: strong businesses run on phone calls and memory. Fifteen calls before lunch to know yesterday's numbers. Paper attendance registers that take two days to become payroll. Payments discovered at day 60. Gate passes that can't settle a buyer dispute.

We watched the "solutions" fail too. SaaS the team never opened. Developers who vanished. Consultants whose invoices grew. So we started building differently — on the two tools every Indian team already uses forty times a day: Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

The systems worked. Morning calls stopped. Ghost hours surfaced in week one. Stuck payments started moving. And owners started asking: “bhai, yeh humein bhi bana do.”

That's AutomateMyBiz. Not outsiders pivoting into your industry — people from inside it, building for it.

The Founders

Two builders who answer
their own WhatsApp.

No account managers. No junior "delivery teams." The people who design your system are the people who write the code, know the factory floor, and pick up when you message. That's not a limitation — it's the whole point.

Why This Team

Four things you won't find together
anywhere else.

Domain depth — agri, manufacturing, trading

We don't Google what adat means. APMC bidding, Builty procurement, hamali, three-way weights, kharif cycles — we've worked with all of it first-hand, for years. Your business logic is our first language.

Product management roots at Tally Solutions

Building TallyPrime features for Indian SMEs taught us exactly where software stops and operational reality begins — and how to design for the accountant, the munshi, and the owner at once.

Every system shown is a real, live production build

Nothing on this site is a concept mockup. Gate pass, bag tracking with Vision AI, debtor engines, morning digests — every one is running inside a real Indian business today.

You own everything — always

Every build lives in your Google account from line one. Documented, transferable, renewal-free. Our business model doesn't need you to stay dependent — so our systems don't make you.

How We Operate

Three rules we never break.

01

The blueprint tells the truth

If we don't believe we can genuinely help your business, the blueprint says so and we part as friends. A wrong-fit project hurts both of us more than an honest no.

02

The price in writing is the price

No "phase 2." No creeping invoices. The fixed price agreed before the build is the price you pay — scope changes get quoted separately, in writing, before any work.

03

Built for the least technical person

If the newest helper at your gate can't use the system after a 30-minute walkthrough, we redesign it — at our cost. Adoption isn't your risk. It's our standard.

About The Team

What owners ask about us.

Who founded AutomateMyBiz?
Suraj Jain and Harsh Kharabe. Suraj is a former Associate Product Manager at Tally Solutions with a B.Tech in Computer Science and years of hands-on experience across Indian manufacturing and agri-commodity operations. Harsh leads engineering — he architects, builds, and personally supports every system that leaves the workshop.
Where are you located, and do you work with businesses outside Maharashtra?
We operate from Vidarbha, Maharashtra — the Paratwada–Yavatmal industrial belt — and serve clients across all of India remotely. Systems are delivered, trained, and supported over WhatsApp, Telegram, and video calls. Distance has never affected a single build.
Will I deal with the founders directly or a "delivery team"?
Founders, directly. The people who design your system run factories, write the code, and answer your WhatsApp. No account managers, no handoffs, no telephone game between you and the person actually building.
Why should I trust a small team over a big software company?
Because the big company's incentive is your subscription renewal; ours is your result and referral. Every client we've served came through word of mouth from a running system. A small, hands-on team that lives inside your industry's reality beats a big vendor with a sales quota — every time, for this kind of work.
